The rapid transit network should form the backbone for mobility in our region and should complement non-automotive and paratransit surface mobility.

Improve paratransit in the region so passengers can connect to accessible subways and rail on demand and travel between service areas with greater efficiency.
Improve the bicycle-transit interface.
Fill in bicycle infrastructure gaps, separate on-street bicycle lanes from car traffic, create connections to off-street recreational paths.
