Billions of dollars hang in the balance with capital investments across our region. We advocate for spending these toward sound investments and against flashy but politically motivated projects.

For New York Penn Station and the network it anchors, we believe that investments around the network to enable through-running regional rail are a better use of money than the proposed Penn South project.
